What to do about my two friends?

Don't give up. You're being a good friend, and they'll come to realise it eventually. Don't be too persistent though, just remind them gently and then let them be. Don't get annoyed if they don't take your advice though, they're being stupid and immature right now and soon they'll grow up and realise how wise you were :p
