A military question ?

Please help ! One of our Bull Dog`s that belonged to are CO was dragging his balls across the floor earlier today he crapped on the floor and got in trouble so are CO put him in time out he keep whimpering all day and scratching the commanders door the commander just let him out and he started dragging his balls across the floor again and whimpering i asked him what`s wrong with your dog phantom the General said don`t worry ! Private im sure he is fine he dose that all the time we got Ticks Leaches Fleas Ant`s and other things out here maybe one of them is biting him on the balls! He keep whimpering again and than he let out this big yelp so i went to see what`s wrong with him he has a mouse trap stuck to his balls it`s so tight we can`t get it of and we don`t know how it got there please help !
