i wake up at 8 and run a mile with allot of hills i come home drink 1-2 bottles of cold water and a few carrots lunch i eat half a chicken breast and either half or a whole zucchini it keeps me full the whole day and for dinner i eat 2-3 egg whites no oil or salt with mustard and maybe a few olives and i drink allot of water throughout the day is this good and i know its not healthy but will this lead to me loosing weight ive already lost 5 pounds this week
