Is it okay to eat only when your hungry? 10pts.?
I'm a healthy eating I eat pretty heathly but I don't really have set times that I eat normal people go by a schedul breakfast lunch dinner at diffrent times, were is I've been eating only when I'm hungry, like when I wake up ill have cheerios then about an hour later ill have an apple then when everyone has lunch ill have a non fat yogurt then afew hours later ill have a chicken wrap (lettace, grilled chicken, honey mustard, tortilla) then at dinner ill be hungry ill either have 1. Veggies pizza, or pasta w/ veggies in it (garlic, spinich etc. Is that okay to not have set times but to just eat when you feel hungry? I eat mainy the food I just mentioned and and nothing more I eat about 20 weight watcher points a day, I should have 22 but I eat 20, is that okay? Does anyone else do that? Thankss
