I eat it in the morning with a sliced banana on top with soy milk (for whatever reason soy milk just makes it taste better). Enjoy your dinner, avoid foods that will have a high concentration of saturated fats like alfredo, fried, smothered, sauteed (that is okay, it is usually made with oil anyway).
