Did I Eat Healthy So Far?

That sounds quite healthy, as long as your salad was large (like 2-3 cups worth of vegetables). The only thing you appear to be missing in terms of "healthy'' things is enough dairy. You had half a serving with your 1/2c of almond milk, but you should have 2-3 servings of dairy a day.
